Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to deactivate the NACH/ECS service option for the payment of my loan dues. This option is currently linked to the following bank account number –

I am using the NACH/ECS service to make payments for my active Loan account.

Request you to please deactivate the NACH/ECS service linked account number mentioned above.

Below instruction to be followed to submit the NACH mandate cancellation form:

 • Please fill the request letter with the appropriate information.

 • Request letter to be sent from registered email id with us at office@agiwalfinance.com.

 • The request will be executed subject to all due clearance.
